We are committed to providing quality support and services to all of our WILD customers. In addition to our support features built into WILD, we offer support packages with the purchase of WILD Net and WILD Corporate. Here is a breakdown of the support packages:

WILD Corporate Support

When you invest in an annual support pack for a WILD Corporate license you receive email and phone support as well as free upgrades and enhancement when they become available for WILD. The WILD Corporate Support Pack ensures you that you will always have access to the most up to date version of WILD; without buying a new version.

WILD NET (Individual & Professional) Support

All WILD NET Licenses come with free email support and optional phone support packages. WILD NET users are updated to the latest version of WILD as soon as it is available. The updates are done for you automatically, so no reinstallation is required.

Additionally, you will have access to our WILD Support site www.ms2wild.com/lc. On our support site you will find the resources you need to help you design and develop your own eLearning projects.

We have built a Network of Professionals to provide support in building your interactive training. This Network is available to anyone who purchases the eLearning authoring software. The network consists of medical illustrators, instructional designers, graphic designers, 3D artists, voiceover talents, etc., anything you need to build your interactive course. mySmartSim uses the Network to aid in the development of our interactive training development. We have built this Network with professionals from the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Law Enforcement and Technology industries.
